Freight Train by Donald CrewsArya liked reading 10 Black Dots by Donald Crews so I figured she would also enjoy Freight Train by Donald Crews.

Not only did she enjoy Freight Train, but Arya loved it enough that we now consider it one of her favorite books.

Touch and Feel Halloween by Baby EinsteinI’ve already read other books about Halloween to my daughter, but Touch and Feel Halloween by Baby Einstein was her favorite thus far.

The cover is filled with Halloween-themed images as well as a special touch-and-feel spot on the black cat.

The rest of the book has a similar design with cute illustrations and a unique area with touchable textures on each page.

Pumpkin Day, Pumpkin Night by Anne RockwellWith Halloween approaching, Pumpkin Day, Pumpkin Night by Anne Rockwell was a great book to read to my baby.

Best Ever Big Brother by Karen KatzHaving just read Best-Ever Big Sister, I thought it would be a good time to read Best-Ever Big Brother by Karen Katz to my daughter.

Since Arya liked the cover of the Big Sister book, it wasn’t surprising that she seemed just as interested in looking at the two kids on the Big Brother book.

My baby seemed more interested in the pink bunny rabbit on the cover than with either of the two boys with enormous, over-sized foreheads.
